No Trial or Grace Period
Once a purchase is made, there is no trial or grace period. Since digital products cannot be returned, we do not provide refunds unless this policy states otherwise.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

- If a product is completely non-functional (damaged product) and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- If a pro-rata refund applies for any whole unused months due to changes in our service terms.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through GPLClick.com on the same day of approval. However, it may take 3-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider and bank location.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- If you are unable to install a downloaded theme or plugin.
- If a theme or plugin is not compatible with your hosting or WordPress setup.
- If a theme or plugin requires a license or purchase code to function fully.
- If your website is broken during or after installing a theme or plugin.
- If your access to private storage has been revoked.

Product Support & Activation Keys
All tools provided by GPLJust.com are delivered “as is” and do not include activation keys or technical support. These elements are not covered under the GPL License. If a product requires an activation key for certain functionalities, it is determined by the original author, and we do not provide refunds for this reason.
